I know what it feels like to be stuck. To ask God for direction, clarity, and to hear nothing back.
In 2007, I began my college career and the journey towards becoming a mechanical engineer. Five years, three colleges, and one life-altering experience later, I found myself enrolling in seminary to try and understand this God who had so beautifully disrupted my plans.
What about you? Are you where you thought you would be at this point in your life? Do you pray and tell God that you would literally answer whatever His call on your life might be, and that all you need is a glimpse, a hint, at what you’re here to do. It would make life so much better. It would make enduring this season so much easier.
Here’s what I’ve discovered over the last 10 years about our calling: if you know who you are, you will know what to do.
I believe the reason so many of us struggle to identify our calling is because we’re beginning at the wrong starting point. We read and pray and seek wisdom over what we should do. But we neglect the pattern of God’s calling throughout Scripture: knowing who God is and knowing who we are.
This is what Faithspring was created for:
To equip you to become the who God has called you to be
So that you can accomplish the what He has called you to do.
If you’re ready to step out of your stuckness and gain some clarity, you’re in the right place.

Our Mission: To equip Christians to uncover their identity so that they can fulfill their unique calling.
How We Accomplish This: We provide education, empower community, and facilitate self-awareness. These actions feed into the top level goals of helping you understand God and His Word (i.e. the One who calls) and helping you better understand yourself (i.e. the one who is called). From there, you will be able to recognize and pursue your calling.
Four Values We Stick To:
Wholly Biblical – We look to, learn from, and struggle with the truths of God’s Scripture. We contextually study God’s Word, never avoiding the difficult passages, and never settling for easy answers.
Humbly Curious – We continually seek knowledge for the purpose of transformation. We acknowledge that we can only understand in part (1 Corinthians 13:12) and that to love more, not to be right, is the ultimate goal.
Inclusively Human – We address the whole self: physical, mental, and spiritual. We are a community of people who are making a positive difference in the world because of Jesus, who aim for progress, never perfection.
Minimally Enough – We push against the lie that we must always be, have, and do more. We aim for simplicity because a life of purpose is found more often through the subtraction, not addition, of things.
We believe the Bible is the starting point for all true transformation. That is why a portion of every membership is donated to The Seed Company, an organization dedicated to making the Bible available in every human language.
